As part of our expansion journey, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Head to drive business growth, build high-performing teams, and strengthen our market leadership. Role Overview The Sales Head will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic sales plans, and leading multi-regional teams. This is a leadership role requiring strong commercial acumen, market understanding, and execution excellence. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals and annual plans Drive revenue growth and manage overall business P&L Lead, mentor, and build high-performing sales teams across regions Expand distribution network and strengthen market presence Manage distributor and corporation (direct) sales models effectively Oversee sales operations including schemes, cost cards, and pricing strategies Analyze market trends, competition, and identify growth opportunities Ensure effective execution of sales processes and promotional campaigns Collaborate with internal stakeholders for business alignment Deliver regular MIS reports and performance insights to leadership Candidate Profile 12 years of experience in the AlcoBev industry (mandatory) MBA preferred Proven experience in handling multiple regions (North & West preferred) Strong experience managing large teams and multi-location operations Must have handled revenue scale of approximately ₹10 Cr business Experience with both Distributor & Corporation sales models Strong understanding of: P&L management Scheme management Costing & pricing (cost cards) Sales processes and execution Prior experience with leading AlcoBev companies will be an advantage Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Work Details Location: Mumbai (Head Office) Working Days: 6 days a week Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (flexible based on business needs) Why Join Us?
