Sales Head to drive business growth, build high-performing teams, and strengthen our market leadership.
Role Overview
The Sales Head will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic sales plans, and leading multi-regional teams. This is a leadership role requiring strong commercial acumen, market understanding, and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals and annual plans
- Drive revenue growth and manage overall business P&L
- Lead, mentor, and build high-performing sales teams across regions
- Expand distribution network and strengthen market presence
- Manage distributor and corporation (direct) sales models effectively
- Oversee sales operations including schemes, cost cards, and pricing strategies
- Analyze market trends, competition, and identify growth opportunities
- Ensure effective execution of sales processes and promotional campaigns
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for business alignment
- Deliver regular MIS reports and performance insights to leadership
Candidate Profile - 12+ years of experience in the AlcoBev industry (mandatory)
- MBA preferred
- Proven experience in handling multiple regions (North & West preferred)
- Strong experience managing large teams and multi-location operations
- Must have handled revenue scale of approximately ₹10 Cr+ business
- Experience with both Distributor & Corporation sales models
- Strong understanding of:
- P&L management
- Scheme management
- Costing & pricing (cost cards)
- Sales processes and execution
- Prior experience with leading AlcoBev companies will be an advantage
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Work Details
- Location: Mumbai (Head Office)
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (flexible based on business needs)
