Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Business Head– HoReCa B2B Growth Leader
Location: Hyderabad (ONSITE)

Job Brief
We are looking for a bold and revenue-driven CEO to lead a fast-growing HoReCa B2B distribution business in Hyderabad.
This is not just a leadership role. This is a growth mission.
You will own the full P&L. You will build strong sales systems. You will scale revenue from ₹25–50 Cr to ₹100+ Cr and improve margins along the way.

Responsibilities
Revenue & Sales Leadership
- Create a clear 3–5 year growth plan.
- Build and lead strong sales teams (RSMs, ASMs, KAMs, Field Sales).
- Set up CRM-based sales tracking.
- Design smart incentive plans that drive performance.
- Win large HoReCa contracts (Hotels, QSR chains, Caterers).
- Improve customer acquisition and retention.
Operations Leadership
- Oversee procurement, warehousing, and logistics.
- Improve inventory turnover.
- Reduce wastage and stock losses.
- Implement ERP for real-time visibility.
Financial Ownership
- Own revenue and EBITDA growth.
- Improve margins through smart pricing.
- Optimize working capital (DSO, DPO, inventory turns).
- Drive strong financial discipline across teams.
Technology & Process
- Lead ERP and CRM implementation.
- Introduce AI-based forecasting and dashboards.
- Drive digital ordering adoption in HoReCa.

Qualifications
- 15–20+ years of experience in FMCG / Food Distribution / HoReCa B2B.
- 5–8+ years in senior leadership roles(CEO / COO / VP Sales / GM).
- Managed ₹50 Cr+ revenue with full P&L ownership.
- Led 20+ member field sales teams.
- Built structured sales systems (territory planning, CRM, incentives).
- Closed large institutional HoReCa contracts.
- Strong negotiator with high ownership mindset.
- Data-driven and ethical leader with long-term vision.
