Job Title: Sales GTM Engineer

About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales GTM Engineer who can help build and optimize our sales ecosystem from the ground up. This role sits at the intersection of sales, operations, and technology—focused on improving efficiency, automation, and overall AE productivity. You’ll also play a key role in leveraging modern AI tools and connected systems to scale our GTM efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage the end-to-end sales ecosystem, including tools, workflows, and integrations
- Own and optimize CRM systems to ensure clean data, smooth processes, and strong reporting
- Improve Account Executive (AE) productivity through automation, workflows, and tooling enhancements
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to streamline sales operations
- Design and implement API integrations between different sales and business tools
- Leverage LLM-powered tools to enhance workflows, automation, and decision-making across the GTM stack
- Identify gaps in the current GTM process and proactively build scalable, connected solutions
- Maintain documentation and ensure best practices across systems and processes
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, GTM Engineering, or similar roles
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Experience working with LLM models/tools such as GitHub Copilot and OpenAI APIs
- Proven expertise in building connected systems and integrating multiple tools via APIs
- Basic to intermediate understanding of APIs and system integrations
- Experience working on sales process optimization and automation
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales and technical teams
Good to Have
- Experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
- Familiarity with sales analytics and reporting
- Exposure to fast-paced startup environments
