What You'll Own
- Lead and scale a B2C sales team across tourist visa, work abroad, study abroad, and Australia PR services
- Own the B2B travel agent activation pipeline — 8,000+ agents in our database
- Build and enforce daily sales cadence: call targets, WhatsApp follow-ups, conversion funnels, and Zoho CRM hygiene
- Hire, train, and mentor junior sales executives with immigration-specific product knowledge
- Work directly with the Founder on pricing, offer design, and campaign strategy
- Manage client relationships from enquiry to post-visa — driving referrals and reviews
- Report weekly on pipeline health, team performance, and lost deal analysis
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum 3 years in immigration, visa, study abroad, or travel industry — in a sales or business development role
- You have personally closed visa or immigration cases
- Deep knowledge of at least two service verticals: Schengen, UAE/Gulf work permits, Australia PR, UK/Canada study, or related
- Experience managing a sales team of 3+ people in this industry
- Fluent in English and Hindi (Tamil or Telugu a bonus)

- You understand Zoho CRM and manage your pipeline with data
- You've cracked the WhatsApp sales model and know how to convert warm leads over chat
- You bring your own playbook — scripts, objection handlers, pitch decks, and onboarding templates
