Role Description
The Growth Manager – Lean Facility Design/ Factory Layout Design will be responsible for driving business growth for Lean Facility Design engagements by owning the complete client acquisition and onboarding lifecycle. This role demands end-to-end accountability—from lead outreach and client meetings to deal closure and successful client onboarding—managed independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Lead Conversion
•Proactively engage with inbound and outbound leads for Lean Facility Design offerings.
•Qualify leads through structured discovery conversations.
•Build and maintain a healthy pipeline focused on revenue growth.
Client Engagement & Meetings
•Plan, schedule, and conduct client meetings independently.
•Understand client context and operational challenges.
•Position Lean Facility Design solutions aligned with client goals.
Solutioning, Proposal & Closure
•Develop tailored solution approaches and scope definitions.
•Coordinate with internal technical experts when required.
•Prepare and present proposals and commercials.
•Lead negotiations and close deals independently.
Client Onboarding & Handover
•Own the onboarding process post-deal closure.
•Act as the single point of contact until project kick-off.
•Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams.
Skills & Competencies
•Strong consultative selling skills.
•Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.
•Understanding of Lean principles or facility design.
•Commercial and negotiation acumen.
•High ownership mindset.
Experience & Qualifications
•Experience in B2B sales, consultative or industrial solutions sales experience would be an advantage
•Exposure to manufacturing, Lean, or facility design preferred.
•Engineering or Management background preferred.
