MD Research is building the future of medical research training, mentorship, and global clinical exposure for medical students, IMGs, residents, and young clinicians worldwide. We’re growing fast and we’re looking for a sales-driven, relationship-first professional who can help us scale our programs ethically and sustainably.


  • What You’ll Do You won’t be “selling courses.” You’ll be helping doctors and students make smart career decisions.
  • Drive enrollments for MD Research programs (research fellowships, webinars, telerotations, mentorship tracks)
  • Handle inbound leads from website, social media, webinars, and partnerships
  • Conduct discovery calls with students, IMGs, residents & clinicians
  • Understand user goals and recommend the right MD Research pathway
  • Build partnerships with student communities, institutions, and medical networks
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve funnels, conversions & messaging
  • Track leads, conversions, and growth metrics


Who We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or growth (EdTech / Healthcare / SaaS is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills (you can explain value without sounding salesy)
  • Comfortable speaking to medical students, IMGs, residents, and professionals
  • Empathetic listener + confident closer
  • Organized, target-driven, and self-motivated
  • Bonus: Understanding of USMLE / residency pathway / medical education ecosystem
