At The Leading You^nth, we train students & early-career professionals to become the people every company wants to hire.
Now we're looking for two driven sales professionals to help us grow in India- one focused on corporates, one on universities. Both roles are commission-only, fully remote and open to candidates anywhere in India.

🏢 ROLE 1: Corporate Sales Growth Partner
Your focus: HR heads, L&D managers and talent leads at Indian companies.
You will identify, pitch and close B2B deals that place TLY's skills training programmes inside corporate workforce development strategies.
Who we're looking for:
→ 6 months to 3 years in B2B or corporate sales
→ Comfortable approaching senior HR and talent professionals
→ Background in HR tech, L&D, staffing or training sales = strong advantage
→ Self-starter who manages their own pipeline

🎓 ROLE 2: University & Education Partnerships Specialist
Your focus: placement cells, T&P officers, careers services and academic decision-makers at colleges and universities across India.
You will build relationships and convert them into paid workshops, course partnerships and institutional agreements.
Who we're looking for:
→ 6 months to 3 years in EdTech sales, university partnerships, or institutional BD
→ You understand how T&P cells and placement officers operate
→ Former T&P officers or college coordinators moving into sales? We want to hear from you.
→ Consultative — you build trust, not just pipelines

COMPENSATION (both roles)
Commission-only with an uncapped structure. The more you close, the more you earn. Performance accelerators and bonuses are built in for fast starters and high performers. Full terms shared at interview.
