Role Description
The Sales Growth Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The intern will actively contribute to lead generation, customer relationship management, and sales performance enhancement. Key responsibilities include engaging with potential customers, providing high-quality customer service, delivering impactful sales pitches, conducting sales training, and supporting sales management initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients effectively and build meaningful relationships.
- Solid understanding of Sales, including persuasive techniques and the ability to meet sales targets.
- Experience in or willingness to learn Sales Management and Training to guide team members and support sales strategies.
- Proactive and goal-oriented with an eagerness to learn and grow in a high-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with the educational technology industry will be an added advantage.
