Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Sales Growth Interns located in Bengaluru. In this role, you will support sales activities, including engaging with potential customers, providing excellent customer service, and participating in sales and marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, understanding customer needs, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals. Additionally, you will receive training and support to develop the skills needed to effectively manage sales processes and build client relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
- Basic understanding of Sales and Sales Management concepts, with the ability to contribute to achieving sales goals and formulating strategies.
- Willingness to participate in training sessions focused on enhancing sales and interpersonal skill sets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a professional setting.
- A degree or current enrollment in a relevant field is preferred.
