Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson based in Bengaluru. The Salesperson will be responsible for engaging customers, understanding their requirements, and recommending products that suit their needs. Additional responsibilities include handling inquiries, managing inventory, maintaining display areas, processing sales transactions, and building positive customer relationships to promote brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to effectively assess customer needs and offer suitable recommendations
- Experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Organizational and inventory management skills
- Detail-oriented and ability to maintain product displays
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or retail management are advantageous
