Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales - Fresher, based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying potential clients, generating leads, and conducting market research to understand customer needs. Responsibilities include pitching workspace solutions to prospective clients, maintaining client relationships, and supporting business development efforts. Candidates will also assist in preparing customized proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of sales strategy and customer relationship management
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze client needs effectively
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
