Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Fresher role located in Indore. The Sales Fresher will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their gifting needs, and providing tailored solutions. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, maintaining thorough knowledge of the product offerings, and providing excellent customer service. Additional duties involve assisting in sales campaigns, managing client inquiries, and ensuring a smooth transactional experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build relationships with clients
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices
- Ability to understand client requirements and suggest appropriate gifting solutions
- Organizational and time management skills for handling and prioritizing multiple tasks
- Proficient in using technology and tools for communication and sales tracking
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and learning
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
- Prior internship or project experience in sales or customer engagement is a plus
