Job Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Conduct follow-ups and maintain regular communication with leads.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM.
- Update lead status, follow-up activities, customer requirements, and next-action dates in the CRM.
- Support the sales team in scheduling meetings and preparing quotations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer follow-up.
- Prepare regular sales activity and CRM reports.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Willingness to learn sales, CRM, and customer handling processes.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and ability to work with targets.
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
