A Salesforce Technical Architect responsible for designing scalable, high-performance solutions, leading technical
delivery, and managing client engagements end-to-end..
Responsibilities & Skills:
Collaborate with clients to define requirements, outcomes, and expectations
Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions and architecture
Lead technical design sessions; create and review solution architecture
Provide governance, code reviews, and enforce best practices
Design and review integration architecture (REST/SOAP, Platform Events, CDC, MuleSoft)
Ensure performance, scalability, and governor limit compliance
Identify and manage technical risks and mitigation strategies
Oversee end-to-end delivery (development, integrations, data migration)
Optimize application performance and system scalability
Drive Agile execution, sprint planning, and project tracking
Support pre-sales activities (discovery, POCs, solutioning)
Liaise with product teams and support client implementations
Debug issues and ensure smooth technical delivery
10+ years experience, including 5+ years in Salesforce implementations
Strong Salesforce development expertise:
Apex, SOQL, Triggers, Batch
LWC, Lightning Framework, Visualforce
Expertise in integration patterns:
Synchronous, asynchronous, event-driven
Hands-on with Platform Events & CDC
