Role Description The Sales & Follow Up Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Aluva. The role involves identifying prospective clients, presenting ProLab Water’s solutions, and managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Daily responsibilities include maintaining regular communication with customers, handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating with technical and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. The executive will track follow-ups, update sales records, and support after-sales service to strengthen client relationships and encourage repeat business. The position also includes participation in product or service presentations, basic training or demonstrations for clients, and contributing to sales reporting and planning.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive business growth and manage the sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to support client orientation, product demonstrations, and basic user guidance.
- Candidates should have good record-keeping abilities, basic proficiency in office and CRM software, and strong organizational skills.
- Candidates should have a proven ability to work on-site in a client-facing role, with a focus on reliability, initiative, and problem-solving.
- A diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred; exposure to environmental or water treatment industries is an advantage.
