Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ernakulam for a Sales Floor Manager. The Sales Floor Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily floor operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, managing and training team members, and ensuring operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include monitoring sales activities, mentoring staff, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining a visually appealing and organized sales floor. - Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure an outstanding shopping experience.

- Hands-on expertise in Training team members to improve their performance and foster a collaborative working environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
