Role Description
Kiklawala Massala is seeking a full-time Sales Floor Manager to join our team at our facility in Dahod. The Sales Floor Manager will oversee daily store operations, maintain a high standard of customer service, and ensure the efficient functioning of the sales team. Key responsibilities include managing staff schedules, training team members, setting performance goals, generating new sales leads, monitoring inventory levels, and addressing customer needs to ensure satisfaction. This is an on-site role requiring exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to address client needs effectively and ensure positive interactions.
- Strong Communication skills to liaise between customers, team members, and leadership effectively.
- Proficiency in Operations Management to handle store functions, inventory management, and optimize efficiency.
- Ability to conduct Training sessions and mentor team members to ensure high performance and standards.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities to handle day-to-day challenges effectively.
- Background in retail, sales, or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
- Experience in working with FMCG products or the spice industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in local languages and English for effective communication.
