Role Overview
We’re looking for a polished, confident Sales Consultant who enjoys working with people and is motivated by performance-based earnings. This is a client-facing role where you will guide prospective pet parents, manage inquiries, and convert leads into happy families.
What You’ll Do
- Speak with prospective clients through calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries
- Understand their preferences and guide them through suitable options
- Manage and follow up on leads to drive conversions
- Maintain organised client records and sales pipeline
- Build strong client relationships and referrals
Who We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of sales, retail, or client-facing experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Well-presented, confident, and comfortable interacting with clients on call and in-person
- Based in Gurugram and open to a full-time on-site role
- Someone who enjoys a pet-friendly work environment
Compensation
- 3LPA-4LPA (fixed)
