Role Description
This is a full-time Sales & Field Marketing Executive role located in Cuttack. The responsibilities of this role include identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and offering exceptional customer service. The Executive will also conduct sales presentations, deliver training sessions to clients, and manage sales strategies to achieve targets while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ensuring customer satisfaction and staying updated on industry trends are core aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in compressor sales / field marketing
- Willingness to travel around Odisha
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client needs effectively
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience to generate leads, close deals, and develop strategic sales plans
- Ability to deliver client Training sessions on product usage and services
- Proficient in maintaining client portfolios and record keeping
- Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experience in industrial or B2B sales is advantageous
- Knowledge of industrial automation and related products is a plus
