Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Sales Field Executives located in Mumbai. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, meeting and building relationships with current and potential clients, and understanding their needs to provide tailored protective safety solutions. The candidate will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, conducting product presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Regular travel within the Western region is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including identifying opportunities, networking, and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and relationship management
- Ability to conduct persuasive product presentations and demonstrate problem-solving skills specific to customer needs
- Knowledge of industrial safety products and regulatory compliance is highly desirable
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to meeting deadlines and delivering results
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Western region
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Relevant experience in industrial safety equipment sales or a similar field is an advantage
