Sales & Field Execution Lead — AssessPro
Chennai (Field Role), Full-Time, Reports to Founder / CEO
ABOUT ASSESSPRO
AssessPro is ATIUM Sports' automated physical assessment platform, purpose-built for schools, sports academies, defence establishments, and talent identification programmes. We combine proprietary hardware and software to deliver real-time, standardised fitness assessments that benchmark students against national standards and drive meaningful corrective action.
THE ROLE
You'll be the face of AssessPro from the first conversation with a school principal to the day you walk into their assembly ground with the assessment kit. Two equally important dimensions:
• Sales & Business Development: Identify, pitch, and close AssessPro agreements with schools and institutions.
• Field Execution: Lead on-ground assessment camps, hardware setup, data capture, and real-time reporting.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Sales & Business Development
• Own the full sales pipeline, prospecting to signed agreements, starting with schools.
• Build relationships with principals, PE heads, trustees, and district education officers.
• Deliver compelling demos and navigate institutional procurement (MoUs, POs, govt. scheme linkages).
Field Execution
• Plan and lead assessment camps, hardware logistics, setup, and on-day management.
• Oversee real-time data capture; ensure accuracy and seamless platform upload.
• Brief and manage the field team (assessors, coordinators).
• Deliver school, student, and parent reports within committed timelines.
Client Success
• Own the post-assessment relationship, results walkthrough, corrective guidance, renewal conversations.
• Build the AssessPro case study library to power future sales.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 2–6 years in field sales, institutional sales, or programme execution, education, health, sports, or govt-facing roles preferred.
• Comfortable visiting schools, setting up equipment, and leading a field team.
• Strong communication in English and Tamil; able to engage with principals, parents, and students. Hindi is preferrable, not mandatory.
• Basic understanding of physical fitness or sports science, enough to credibly explain our platform.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Organised and process-driven across multiple concurrent assignments.
Nice to Have
• Prior experience with schools, education NGOs, or Fit India / Khelo India programmes.
• Background in physical education, sports coaching, or allied health.
• Existing network with district/state education departments or school management committees.
