Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Mumbai. Freshers / Professional with 1/2 years of expereince may apply. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, providing product demonstrations, understanding and addressing customer needs, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets. They will also collaborate with the sales team on strategies, maintain customer records, and deliver exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Familiarity with the automotive industry and knowledge of automobile products and specifications is a plus
- Organizational skills to manage customer records and follow up efficiently
- Proactive and self-motivated with a customer-focused mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field is preferred
