Billees helps retail store owners simplify billing, manage inventory, and run their business efficiently without complexity. In a market where many retailers still rely on outdated systems, Billees offers a modern, easy-to-use solution that is simple to demonstrate and quick to adopt.
We are expanding across multiple cities and looking for sales professionals who can directly engage with retail businesses, deliver product demos, and consistently close deals in the field.
💼 Role Overview
This is not a typical sales job. This is for people who want to own a territory, close deals, and build something from the ground up.
Field sales (D2D) + client demos
Onboard retail stores
Generate leads, close deals, and build local networks
Identify and develop channel partners
💰 Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹25,000/month
Incentive: 20-30% on sales revenue (uncapped)
👉 High performers can earn significantly more than standard CTCs
🎯 Who We’re Looking For
Strong field sales experience (POS / SaaS / retail preferred)
Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
Comfortable with ground-level execution (daily visits, demos)
Ability to work independently and take ownership
