Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad for a Sales Executive role. The Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting sales goals, acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and promoting ZUCI’s products and services. Additional duties include conducting market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, collaborating with the marketing team, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires active participation in sales strategy development and ensuring that customer needs are met with professionalism and a focus on quality.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and build lasting relationships
- Experience in sales, client acquisition, and customer service
- Ability to achieve sales targets and provide tailored solutions
- Knowledge of market trends, retail dynamics, and customer behavior
- Skills in problem-solving and handling customer inquiries
- Proven track record in retail or foodservice industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales management software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
