Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Ghaziabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing the entire sales cycle for pre-engineered building solutions. Day-to-day activities include meeting prospective and existing clients, preparing and presenting technical and commercial proposals, and coordinating closely with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate quotations and realistic timelines. The role involves conducting site visits, understanding client requirements, negotiating terms, and closing deals while maintaining a strong sales pipeline and meeting monthly and quarterly targets. The Sales Executive will also be expected to maintain accurate sales records, provide regular reports, and represent STEELINE BUILDCON at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to build brand visibility and long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals in B2B or construction/industrial sectors.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts related to pre-engineered buildings, steel structures, or construction solutions.
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients at multiple levels, including technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Solid organizational, planning, and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries, proposals, and site visits simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using basic office software (e.g., MS Office) and CRM or sales tracking tools for reporting and pipeline management.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant experience in PEB, infrastructure, construction materials, or industrial sales will be considered a strong advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Ghaziabad, travel to client locations as needed, and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
