Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Guindy. As a Sales Executive at RNTL, you will identify and connect with potential customers, build and maintain client relationships, and drive the growth of our equipment rental services. You will be responsible for negotiating contracts, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet project-specific requirements. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a focus on client engagement and deal closures
- Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and analyze customer needs, providing suitable recommendations
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working well in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking methodologies
- Background in the construction, rental, or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or relevant field.
