Neptune Automatic is expanding its sales team and looking for driven Sales Executives / Area Sales Managers / Sales Managers to join us across India.
🔌 We are a leading electrical goods manufacturing company specializing in Entrance Control & Access Control Solutions, including Boom Barriers, Turnstiles, Flap Barriers, Bollards, Road Blockers, Parking Management Systems, RFID Solutions, and more.

Employment Type: Full-Time | On Roll
🔍 Who we’re looking for:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation preferred)
4–8 years of B2B / project sales experience
Strong consultative, solution-oriented sales mindset
Comfortable with field sales & regional travel
💼 What you’ll do:
* Drive sales through channel partners (architects, system integrators, consultants, PMCs, contractors, distributors, end users)
* Build and manage complex, high-value sales pipelines
* Develop long-term partner relationships and joint sales strategies
* Train channel partners on products and solutions
* Own forecasts, targets, and CRM discipline
* Travel 8–10 days/month within your region
