Role Description
The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based at the Wood House Skincare headquarters in Nagpur. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with Retailers, Beauty Salon & customers. Achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and providing product knowledge and solutions to meet customer needs. Additional duties include regularly analyzing market trends to improve sales strategies, representing the brand at industry events, and ensuring high standards of customer service to expand the customer base and enhance loyalty.
Qualifications
- Graduation in any decipline. Sales and Business Development: 1 to 2 years of Experience in client acquisition, achieving sales targets, and building long-term customer relationships.
- Marketing and Promotion: Competency in promoting products, presenting sales pitches, and organizing promotional events or campaigns to attract customers.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively.
- Analytical and Planning Skills: Ability to monitor market trends, analyze customer needs, and adjust strategies to meet business objectives.
- Knowledge of Skincare Products: Familiarity with herbal and natural skincare products is an advantage.
- Proactive and Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines or sales goals.
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
