We are looking for a dynamic and confident Sales Executive who can:
- communicate effectively with clients
- actively engage in conversations
- understand client requirements
- convert leads into business opportunities
👉 This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and driving sales
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing client calls
- Understand client requirements and explain our services clearly
- Follow up with leads regularly
- Convert inquiries into confirmed projects
- Coordinate with the internal team for project handover
- Maintain client communication throughout the sales cycle
- Keep track of leads, conversions, and follow-ups
🛠️ Required Skills
MUST HAVE:
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Confidence in speaking with clients
- Good listening and understanding ability
- Basic understanding of sales process
- Ability to handle multiple conversations and follow-ups
GOOD TO HAVE:
- Experience in:
- sales / tele-calling / client handling
- Basic knowledge of:
- websites / digital services (training will be provided)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (optional)
