Experience
2 to 4 years’ experience in B2B marketing (preferably inSaaS, deeptech, IoT, AI/analytics, or environment/industry sectors)
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in engineering/science/management

• Strong B2B lead generation, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with technical and business stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to drive
business growth for IoTreat®, our innovative AI-powered solution. This role offers an exciting
opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, sustainability, and industrial
transformation. The selected candidate will play a key role in expanding our market presence
by identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and converting prospects into longterm business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Growth & Lead Generation
Identify and connect with high-potential clients across industries, institutions, builders, and municipalities. Generating qualified leads through cold outreach, networking, and field visits.
• Client Engagement & Consultative Selling Meet decision-makers including Plant Heads, EHS Managers, and Operations Leaders.
Deliver impactful product presentations highlighting ROI, compliance, and
sustainability benefits.
Position IoTreat® as a strategic and value-driven business solution
• Sales Execution & Closure
Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams for customized
proposals.
Handle negotiations and drive successful deal closures.
Maintain CRM updates and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
• Market Intelligence & Reporting
Track competitor activities and market trends.
Share structured weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.
Required Skill Set :
• Strong B2B lead generation and consultative selling skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to confidently engage technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience in managing full sales cycle and CRM tools.
• Basic understanding of SaaS, IoT, AI, or Industrial solutions (preferred).
• Self-driven, target-oriented with strong ownership mindset.
