Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive sales for warehousing and contract logistics solutions by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their storage, distribution, and supply chain requirements.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service offerings related to warehousing solutions.
- Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure accurate solution design and seamless onboarding of clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Conduct regular client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups to close deals effectively.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain sales pipelines, reports, and CRM updates on a regular basis.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments in warehousing and logistics.
- Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.
Skills Required:
1. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
2. Good understanding of warehousing operations, contract logistics, or supply chain solutions.
3. Proven sales experience in B2B services, preferably logistics or warehousing.
4. Ability to work independently with a strong ownership mindset.
5. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic CRM tools.
6. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings when required.
7. Laptop Mandatory
8. Language skills: Hindi (Mandatory) & English (Other Languages would be an added advantage)
Qualification: MBA or Related Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain.
