Mission of the Role
This role is responsible for promoting and selling our VOC services to the local exporters.
Key Responsibilities
- Explore, identify, contact and prospect potential customers (by using all appropriate and necessary means). Create ad hoc database of customers.
- Turn prospects into new customers by closing deals and achieve sales targets.
- Manage and grow the sales of the existing clients by capturing additional products and/ or by extending our services to other VOC programs.
- Daily use of CRM systems.
- Provide weekly & monthly reporting on prospection and on Sales Activities.
- Work closely with the coordinators and ensure proper follow up of his clients' orders.
- Manage the relationships with his client's portfolio (i.e. by coordinating clients' specific requests)
- Handle customer issues and after sales issues.
- Work closely and proactively with the VOC Marketing Manager in accordance with the general marketing strategy.
- Provide the local marketing plans to the VOC marketing manager.
Qualifications, Experience and Technical Skills
- High school degree or equivalent, in International Trade.
- Minimum 2-3 years B2B successful sales experience.
- Proven experience or direct knowledge of consumer goods industries (exporters, wholesalers, distributors, decision makers)
- Conformity assessment knowledge and/ or experiencing a strong plus.
