Role Description
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and building client relationships for Freedom Ophthalmic Pvt Ltd in the Varanasi, UP region. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, maintaining and nurturing long-term business relationships, providing product demonstrations, and managing sales records and reporting. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow and requires regular travel to Varanasi and surrounding areas to meet clients and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and business development skills, including the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple clients and responsibilities
- Knowledge of sales strategies and customer relationship management systems
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region and effectively manage time on the field
- Previous experience in pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, or ophthalmic product sales is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
