Job Description – Valve Department Executive
We are looking for a proactive and organised professional for our Valve Department who can efficiently manage client communication, handle operational coordination, maintain data records, and support tender management activities. The candidate should possess good communication skills in English along with strong coordination and management abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client calls, inquiries, and follow-ups professionally
- Coordinate with clients regarding quotations, orders, and documentation
- Manage and maintain company data, records, and databases accurately
- Prepare, track, and manage tenders and related documentation
- Support the sales and operations team with daily coordination
- Maintain reports, Excel sheets, and internal documentation
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow management
- Follow up on pending approvals, quotations, and client requirements
- Ensure timely communication with vendors, clients, and internal teams
- Assist in overall department management and administrative tasks
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in English (spoken & written)
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and data management
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Professional communication and client-handling skills
- A basic understanding of industrial valves or engineering products is preferred.
- Tender handling experience will be an added advantage
Qualification:
- Mtech Diploma/BE/Btech/ Graduate in any stream
