Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Executive based in Hyderabad. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing strong client relationships, generating leads, and converting them into sales. Tasks will include consulting clients on real estate investment opportunities, negotiating deals, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a database of potential and existing clients. Exceptional communication and networking will be crucial as this is a client-facing role.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales Strategy and Client Relationship Building
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Experience in Lead Generation, Prospecting, and Conversion
- Knowledge of the real estate market and customer trend analysis
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Previous sales experience in real estate or a related industry is a plus
