Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Gurgaon. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales by building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying potential leads, and providing exceptional consultation to customers throughout the real estate buying process. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, presenting products and services, meeting sales targets, and staying updated on market trends to provide valuable insights to both clients and the business.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to close deals and build strong client relationships
- Familiarity with real estate market trends and practices
- Proficiency in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
- Problem-solving abilities and adept at addressing client queries and concerns
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Prior experience in real estate, sales, or a related field is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
