Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Executive / Territory Manager / Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team on-site at our repective HQs. The role involves identifying and developing business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. The selected candidate will collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies, provide market insights, and contribute to the growth of Pacific OneHealth’s services in the assigned territory.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strategic Thinking and Territory Planning skills to identify growth opportunities
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis capabilities
- Experience with CRM tools and sales performance tracking
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in healthcare or a related industry is an advantage
