Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive (Telecom) located in Surat. The Sales Executive will be responsible for proactively identifying and pursuing telecom sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and delivering outstanding customer service. Daily tasks include managing client accounts, conducting market research, presenting customized telecom solutions, and working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in sales, client management, and business development
- Knowledge of telecom products and services; ability to stay updated on industry trends
- Proficiency with CRM software and data analysis for tracking sales and generating reports
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Must be willing to work on-site in Surat
