Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Executive to manage student inquiries and guide prospective learners in selecting the right courses at Skill Shiksha, the training platform by Techdock Labs.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, have strong communication skills, and are eager to build a career in sales, counselling, and student engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in inquiries regarding courses
- Provide detailed information on course offerings, fees, schedules, and enrollment process
- Convert leads into student admissions through effective communication and follow-ups
- Welcome and assist walk-in visitors and ensure a smooth front desk experience
- Maintain and update student inquiry and lead records
- Schedule counselling sessions, demos, and appointments for interested candidates
- Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for onboarding and scheduling
- Assist in administrative tasks and documentation
- Ensure a professional and positive experience for every student interaction
- Contribute towards achieving admission and conversion targets
Qualifications & Skills
- Any Graduation (BBA, BCom, BCA, BA, B.Sc, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with MS Office and basic data handling
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach
