Role Description
The Sales Executive (Surat) will play a key role in driving the growth of NoBrokerHood by overseeing the end-to-end sales cycle. Responsibilities include identifying and approaching potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, maintaining strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing feedback to improve product offerings. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat, requiring regular interactions with clients and stakeholders to implement tailored solutions for their needs.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to establish and nurture client relationships
- Familiarity with community management systems or prop-tech solutions is a plus
- Capacity to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet monthly sales targets
- Experience with using CRM tools and data analysis to improve sales performance
- Problem-solving skills along with strategic and analytical thinking
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in B2B sales or working with gated societies is advantageous
