Role Description
The Sales Executive (Stylist) will drive customer engagement and maximize sales by offering personalized shopping experiences in-store. Responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting jewelry, ensuring an exceptional in-store experience, maintaining inventory presentation, understanding customer preferences, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, client relations, or retail, ideally in jewelry or luxury goods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and understand their preferences.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain visually appealing and organized inventory displays.
- Knowledge of lab-grown diamonds or fine jewelry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
- Demonstrated ability in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proactive attitude, team collaboration skills, and motivation to provide high-quality customer service.
- Language proficiency in English; additional regional languages advantageous.
- High school diploma required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
