Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive - Student Housing, located in Noida, India. The Sales Executive will be responsible for assisting international students in identifying suitable accommodations, building relationships with property providers, and providing end-to-end support. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, guiding students through the booking process, maintaining an updated database of properties, and ensuring a seamless experience. The role also involves collaborating with the broader team to achieve sales targets and improve service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Sales acumen and experience in conducting client meetings and negotiations
- Problem-solving and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills
- Ability to understand international student needs and provide tailored solutions
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Freshers with a passion for sales and the education sector are encouraged to apply
