Role Description
The Sales Executive - Student Housing is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The role involves consulting with students to understand their housing needs, managing lead pipelines, and providing personalized solutions from Admistay's verified accommodation options. The candidate will develop and maintain relationships with students, landlords, and property partners while ensuring a student-first approach. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams for seamless booking processes, meeting sales targets, and preparing reports for performance tracking and improvement.
Qualifications
- Sales and Communication: Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills, with experience in sales roles.
- Customer Service: Commitment to a student-first approach, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and previous experience in customer-oriented roles.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the student housing market in key destinations such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe.
- Technology and Data Management: Proficiency in CRM tools and basic reporting tools, with the ability to manage and analyze leads effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle a high volume of inquiries while ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Additional Qualifications: Previous experience in the student housing or international education sector is a plus, along with fluency in multiple languages.
