It is a growing renewable energy solutions provider and a new branch of Vishtik Technologies LLP, specialising in delivering residential and commercial solar installations across Delhi NCR. As part of our expansion, we have recently established our office in Noida and are in the process of building a strong team to support our growth.
Position Overview
The Sales Executive/ BDE will be responsible for driving sales growth for residential and commercial solar projects. The role involves lead generation, customer engagement, coordination with technical teams, and closing sales opportunities. The position requires a good understanding of solar solutions and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads for residential and commercial solar rooftop projects
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solar solutions
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to close sales
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for a smooth project handover
- Maintain CRM records, sales documentation, and customer data
- Explain system capacity, pricing, and project timelines to customers
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships.
Skills Required
- Good understanding of residential and commercial solar solutions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple manner
- Lead management and closing skills
- Customer-focused and result-oriented approach
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
Qualifications
- Graduated in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in business development/sales in the solar industry.
- Experience with rooftop solar EPC companies preferred.
- Willingness to travel for meetings and site visits.
- Must be based in Delhi NCR.
