We are looking for highly driven and passionate individuals to build a rewarding career in Cybersecurity Sales. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, compliance, and enterprise consulting, helping organizations strengthen their security posture. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in cybersecurity, IT, or B2B sales are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across target industries (BFSI, IT, Healthcare, Manufacturing, etc.)
- Engage with CXOs, CISOs, IT Heads, and decision-makers to understand cybersecurity needs
- Promote cybersecurity services VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing) , Compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, DPDPA, etc.) and many more
- Conduct product/service presentations and demos to prospective clients
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → proposal → negotiation → closure
- Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to craft customized solutions
- Maintain and update CRM with leads, opportunities, and client interactions
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships and account growth
- Participate in events, webinars, and partner meetings to drive pipeline
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing for campaigns, outreach, and lead generation
- Understand industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape
- Support proposal creation, RFP responses, and commercial discussions
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover post-sales
- Continuously upskill on cybersecurity solutions and enterprise sales techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Cybersecurity / Business / Marketing
- MBA in Sales/Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
- Freshers with strong communication and interest in cybersecurity are welcome
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Interest in cybersecurity, technology, and enterprise solutions
- Basic understanding of IT concepts (networking, cloud, applications)
- Ability to learn cybersecurity concepts quickly
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude
- Ability to engage with enterprise clients professionally
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Passion for building a long-term career in cybersecurity sales
- Exposure to SaaS or IT services sales
- Internship or project experience in sales/IT/cybersecurity
