We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in educational sales, particularly in short-term professional and skill development programs.
About the Role
This role is centered around driving enrollments for our short-term courses. You will engage with prospective learners, understand their career and upskilling goals, and guide them toward the right programs—ultimately converting inquiries into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, manage, and convert leads for short-term courses
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students and working professionals
- Recommend suitable programs aligned with learner goals
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups
- Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to improve conversion rates
- Build long-term relationships to drive repeat enrollments and referrals
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in education sales, training institutes, or short-course enrollments
- Strong communication, counselling, and closing skills
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of professional certifications and upskilling programs
- Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage
