Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales, Marketing and business development.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven experience of 2 to 4 years in the relevant role
- Strong communication (English and Hindi) and interpersonal skills
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for order execution
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends (Tenders)
- Tender preparations
- Making quotations, preparing proposals
- Order executions
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel
- Ready to travel to various parts of India for business.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BSC, B. Com, B.A, B.B.A or any other graduate.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and pipeline management.
- Local and national market knowledge
