• Sales Executive: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000/month
• Senior Sales Executive: ₹30,000 – ₹70,000/month

• Jewellery retail experience preferred
Job Summary
We are hiring Sales Executives and Senior Sales Executives for a leading Jewellery Retail showroom in Vadodara. The candidate should have strong customer-handling skills, sales experience, and the ability to manage premium customers professionally. Candidates with jewellery, luxury retail, gold, diamond, bridal jewellery, or showroom sales experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Attend to walk-in customers and assist them in selecting jewellery products
• Explain product details, pricing, offers, and jewellery schemes
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
• Handle premium customer interactions and high-value sales professionally
• Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up for repeat business
• Support showroom presentation, visual merchandising, and display management
• Coordinate with billing, inventory, and merchandising teams
• Handle customer queries and after-sales support professionally
• Stay updated with jewellery trends, designs, and customer preferences
Required Skills
• Experience in jewellery retail, luxury retail, showroom sales, or customer-facing sales
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Strong customer-handling and relationship management skills
• Target-oriented sales approach
• Presentable personality and professional behaviour
• Basic computer and billing software knowledge
• Ability to handle premium/VIP customers
Preferred Candidate
• Candidates from Jewellery, Gold, Diamond, Luxury Retail, Bridal Jewellery, Fashion Retail, or Premium Showroom backgrounds preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Candidates comfortable with retail working hours and weekend working are preferred
