Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sales Executive/Sales Manager. This is an IC role. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring clients are guided through the sales process. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the real estate market, generating and following up on leads, and providing excellent customer service. Strong interpersonal skills and a strategic approach are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Proven sales acumen, client engagement skills, and the ability to close deals effectively
- Strong presentation and communication abilities, with a focus on relationship-building
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is beneficial
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Familiarity with the Bengaluru real estate market is an added advantage
